Hi, I’m Tatiana
I’m a counsellor specialising in mindfulness and meditation, educator, author and facilitator of Workplace Reset Sessions.
My work is built around one simple idea: we often don’t need another hour of information. Sometimes we need a few minutes to pause, notice what is happening and come back to ourselves.
I work with organisations through short Workplace Reset Sessions and with individuals through counselling and intuitive work.
I’m interested in a very simple question:
What actually helps?
Not only what makes sense when we talk about it, read about it or understand it intellectually, but what helps us in the middle of an ordinary, busy, sometimes messy life.
My work has taken me through education, counselling, mindfulness and meditation, bioresonance and intuitive healing. On the surface, these may look like very different worlds.
For me, they are connected by the same curiosity: what helps us pause, notice what is happening and respond differently?
I have spent many years working in education, teaching adults from different countries and backgrounds. It made me increasingly aware of how rarely we really stop.
We finish one class and move to the next. One meeting ends and another begins. We eat while answering messages. Even when the body stops, the mind often doesn’t.
That interest in the power of a deliberate pause eventually became part of my professional work.
The Reset
Today I facilitate Workplace Reset Sessions, both in person and online.
They are short, practical sessions designed to fit into a real working day, using conscious breathing, grounding, body awareness, mindfulness, guided relaxation and intentional silence.
I don’t believe supporting our wellbeing always has to mean doing more.
Sometimes what we need is to stop for a moment.
To notice our feet on the floor
To breathe consciously
To release some of the tension we’ve been carrying
To arrive before rushing into whatever comes next
Sometimes a reset takes 60 seconds, sometimes it takes 15 minutes, and sometimes we need to go deeper.
The deeper work
My individual work is where that deeper exploration happens.
I am a counsellor specialising in mindfulness and meditation, as well as an intuitive healing and bioresonance practitioner. I also hold a postgraduate diploma in psychology.
My interest in this work began in Poland, when my daughter had bioresonance sessions. Her experience made me curious, and in 2020 I trained as a practitioner myself.
Later, I explored Body Code, Quantum Healing and different approaches to working with emotions and energy.
Something unexpected began happening during that process. I started seeing strong images and impressions during sessions.
At first, I questioned them. I wondered whether I was simply imagining what I was seeing. But as I continued working and listening to feedback from clients, I gradually developed my own way of working with those impressions.
Today, I don’t follow a fixed script in my intuitive sessions. The process has a structure, but the session itself is guided by what emerges.
Counselling gives me one way of working with what someone is experiencing. My intuitive work gives me another. Bioresonance may also be used where appropriate.
I don’t need every person I work with to come through the same door.
What connects it all
Whether I’m spending 15 minutes with a workplace team or going much deeper in an individual session, there is one question I keep coming back to:
What can you actually use in your life?
I love understanding why we do what we do.
But I don’t want the work to end with understanding.
I want it to give us something we can notice, practise, question, release or do differently when we return to real life.
Deep work. Practical tools. Real life.
